The Mambo dance class is designed to prepare students for a vibrant Mambo celebration. We are focusing on choreography pieces featuring Mambo, Salsa, Cha-cha, Bachata, Rumba, Tango, and more. Traditionally, most Mambo-inspired events include these three (3) key bailes, or dances: The Entrance Mambo (El Mambo de Entrada), a Surprise Dance (Baile de Sorpresa), and the Father/Mother-Daughter Dance (Baile de Mama/Papa). These Mambo celebration dances in full must be learned separately from the class through private lessons to be performed for guests. Three dances: the group Mambo, the father-daughter dance, and the group fun dance. Please allow enough time to learn all three. Two-hour lessons are very common.

In addition to these, the three traditional Mambo celebration dances—the Entrance Mambo, the Surprise Dance (Baile de Sorpresa), and the Father/Mother-Daughter Dance (Baile de Mama/Papa)—can be learned through private lessons for a truly polished performance. These special dances, along with a group fun dance, require extra preparation and practice to make a lasting impression on your guests.

To get a taste of the class, you may start with a special of $15 / class offered to new students. Following that the following options are available: one class at time; package of 4 classes and a package of 10 classes. Contact us for details.
