Adult Belly Dance Beginners

Belly dance originated in the Middle East, typically performed by a woman and involving undulating movements of the belly and rapid gyration of the hips. You will be learning belly dance movements characterised within seven core movement families. These describe shapes you can draw with your chest and hips. They are lifts and drops, slides, shimmies, twists, circles, figure 8's, and undulations.


Class Experience
New Beginner Belly Dance Class! It involves isolating the muscles for moves such as twisting the abdomen and hip movements. Class is designed primarily for women, bellydancing is a low-impact exercise that could help people lose weight, tone muscles, improve their posture, and relax.
Class enrollment options
To get a taste of the class, you may start with a special of $10 / class offered to new students. Following that the following options are available: one class at time; package of 4 classes and a package of 10 classes. Contact us for details.
